FREE STANDARD DELIVERY ON UK MAINLAND ORDERS
(Excludes some furniture and large, heavy items)
- For furniture items or large/bulk orders, a specialist courier service is used and therefore delivery times may vary.
- Orders placed before midday are normally packaged and dispatched on the same working day.
- Orders placed after midday will normally be packaged and dispatched the following working day.
- In accordance with courier guidelines, outlying postcodes may take up to 48 hours after dispatch for delivery.
- PLEASE NOTE: Delivery during busy periods may take slightly longer.
UK Furniture and Heavy Items Delivery
Free UK delivery does not apply to furniture and other large, heavy items, for which a delivery charge may be made. Normally 7-14 working days delivery.
UK Custom Made Furniture Delivery
Each bespoke item of furniture has been made-to-order just for you and is therefore not kept in stock by Reunion Lifestyle. Delivery is usually within 4-6 weeks and will be delivered using a specialist large item delivery service. During busy times of the year this may increase slightly but we will let you know when the order is placed if this is the case and keep you informed throughout the process. Please see below for full details regarding delivery and returns of custom made, made-to-order items.
Delivery of bespoke furniture is provided by a specialist courier company, unpacked for your inspection, with packaging taken away after. Once the couriers have received your order, they will contact you either by text or telephone to arrange a mutually convenient day for your delivery. An approximate time slot will be provided the day before the agreed delivery date with deliveries taking place Monday to Friday between 7:00 am and 6:00 pm.
Any ‘in stock’ items that you have chosen at the same time will be sent with our usual delivery methods. Standard delivery charges for these items will apply.
It is your responsibility to ensure that you check thoroughly the items delivered for any damage, at the point of delivery. When the products have been signed for and accepted, neither Reunion Lifestyle nor our couriers are responsible for any damage or loss that may be noticed after this. Therefore, it is crucial that you take time to inspect the product.
In the unlikely event that your item has been damaged on its way to you, please do not accept the delivery. You must call our Customer Service team immediately and we will advise you how best to proceed. In the event of an accepted claim, we will seek to repair the item free of charge. If a repair is not possible, a replacement can be offered, and only if a suitable replacement is not available, will a refund be given.
Orders will be sent to the delivery address that you specify when placing your order. We cannot be held responsible if this delivery address is incorrect. We cannot take responsibility for a lost or stolen parcel if you request it is left somewhere rather than being signed for at your chosen address.
Reunion Lifestyle hope that you will be happy with your order but we do understand that there may be occasions when you need to return items due to product(s) arriving damaged or faulty. Should this be the case, you must contact us within 3 working days of receipt of your order by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can look to source a replacement product or part as promptly as possible.
Once you have contacted us, you must take reasonable care of the products that you wish to return and not use them. Please ensure that all items are wrapped securely and that you use insured registered delivery and keep the Proof of Posting receipt as we cannot be responsible for returned parcels that fail to reach us. In order to qualify for a refund, the returned products must be unused, in perfect condition, undamaged and in the original packaging. All fragile items must be securely packaged.
